AusUDID M2M HL7 SPL submitter scenarios
There are 3 scenarios for organisations completing this form to submit UDI records to the AusUDID via M2M HL7 SPL.
Scenario 1: Sponsor, manufacturer or agent using a third party data provider
You are a sponsor, manufacturer or agent engaging a third party data provider to submit UDI records to the AusUDID on your behalf. This includes:
- a sponsor submitting their own data via a third party data provider
- a manufacturer submitting their own data via a third party data provider
- a sponsor collaborating with a manufacturer to submit both their sponsor data and their manufacturer’s data via a third party data provider
- an agent submitting the data for the organisation they are acting on behalf of via a third party data provider.
Scenario 2: Direct submission by a sponsor, manufacturer or agent
You are a sponsor, manufacturer or agent intending to submit UDI records directly to the AusUDID. You are not using a third party data provider.
Scenario 3: Third party data provider submitting UDI records on behalf of one or more sponsor, manufacturer or agent organisations
You are a third party data provider intending to submit UDI records to the AusUDID on behalf of one or more sponsor, manufacturer or agent organisations.
