To streamline the application process, please provide details of the applicant (or approval holder) seeking approval for supply and/or import of the medical device.
An approval under section 41HD can be granted to a 'person', which is either an individual or a company. The approval will be given to the entity who intends to be the sponsor of the goods as outlined in section 3 of the Act.
