Digital mental health tools: Service provider survey

Overview

The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) is reviewing the regulations that apply to digital mental health tools (DMHTs). DMHTs are software products including apps, websites, or platforms, that offer assessments, therapy, or self-management strategies to support mental health care.

We are seeking information on software and DMHTs in use by digital mental health service providers accredited to the National Safety and Quality Digital Mental Health Standards. A better understanding of the accredited landscape will help us to take the circumstances of accredited providers into account when developing regulatory options for DMHTs.

Your responses will ONLY be used for the following purposes:

  • to inform refinements to our regulatory framework; and
  • as a point of contact for future consultation on refinements that may impact you.

Participation is completely voluntary, with no impact on your accreditation. We also will not use the information collected in this survey for any regulatory action by the TGA. Information collected in this survey will not be used for conducting compliance or enforcement activities.

The survey will take approximately 810 min to complete. Most questions are mandatory, but depending on your responses, some questions will be automatically skipped.

The survey start button is below the Privacy Notice.
