Claims against the Scheduling Policy Framework (SPF) - scheduling factors

The Scheduling Policy Framework sets out the national policy for how medicines and certain chemicals are made available to consumers in order to protect public health. Decisions must be made in accordance with this framework. Therefore, you need to justify your scheduling proposal against the scheduling factors or other requirements of the Scheduling Policy Framework.
