Your personal information is protected by law, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act) and the Australian Privacy Principles, and is being collected by the Department, via Citizen Space.

We seek some personal information in order to:

  • contact you if we need further clarification on issues raised in your submission or to check whether you consent to certain information that you have provided being made publicly available

You should not include personal information in your submission about another individual who is identified, or reasonably identifiable. If you need to include personal information about another individual in your submission, you will need to obtain their consent to the Department collecting their personal information.
